Is your company factory, trading company, wholesaler or retailer?

We are 100% factory, all the products on this website were manufactured by our skilled workers. So we can provide the top grade lights in really reasonable price by cutting all unnecessary costs in the middle.

Do you accept customize product, can you put on my logo?

Yes, we offer customization service, and can put on your logo, but for large quantity order. Contact our sales if you want to customize product.

How do you control the product quality?

We strictly implement quality control in accordance with ISO9001 quality standards. Incoming material quality control-Quality inspection during production-Aging test-Outgoing quality control for each product.

When will my order get shipped? How can I track my package?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 working days. We will send the tracking number to you for tracking your package.

Can I return the product?

We allow returns or resend if any quality problems when you received the products. We promise to replace the accessories free of charge within warranty. Please refer to Return Policy at the bottom of the website page for more details.
